How Are Invisalign Aligners Made?

Stage 1
Your dentist will take an impression less, digital scan of your teeth using the latest in technology, ensuring your convenience and comfort.

Stage 2
A 3D model of your mouth will be created. Your dentist will show you a digital and virtual representation of your teeth and mouth before and after using Invisalign, giving you the ability to see exactly what your smile will look like the following treatment.

Stage 3
Your dentist will work with Align Technicians using CAD technology to copy your teeth’ movements. Your treatment plan will be reviewed altogether so you can see just how this wonderful technology can improve your smile of the future.

Stage 4
Customised, clear aligners will be made for you using stereolithography technology. Each stage of the process will be mapped out.

Stage 5
Each aligner will need to be worn for about 1-2 weeks. Your dentist team will regularly check your progress and ensure the overall desired result is achieved.
